Resin is a sort of plastic poly-organic material that is used to make many things that we see today. Included in this is the garden resin furnishings that we see today. This includes many things, in fact anything that you can think of that could compliment your garden is probably made out of resin in some form or another. Resin can be synthetic, or man made, but is also a naturally occurring material. In nature resin is produced by various trees and plants. It also can be used as a glaze for finished products. Using resin dates back to the B.C. era, as it was used as part of the mummification process.
